The Book: Own Your Presence

• The book is a digital PDF. After purchase, you receive access by email or download link.

• Because it is a digital product, all sales are final.

• The book is for your personal use. Please do not copy, post, resell, or share it without written permission.

• Any workbook or other add-on offered at checkout follows the same terms.

Your Alignment Blueprint

What is included

• A recorded 90-minute session

• A custom written Blueprint, delivered within 5 business days after your session

• Your Looks, with mini mood boards

• A 30-day plan

• 30 days of voice-note support after your session, with replies within 48 hours, about your Blueprint only

What is not included

Website rewrites, shopping, content creation, or ongoing coaching. I may point you in the right direction, but I won't do that work for you.

Refunds

You can get a full refund if you ask within 7 days of buying, and at least 48 hours before your session. To ask, email hello@briwisestyle.com.

After 7 days, or once your session is less than 48 hours away or has happened, all sales are final. Your Blueprint is made just for you, so I can't refund it after that point.

Refunds go back to the way you paid.

Rescheduling

You can move your session once, with at least 48 hours' notice. Please email hello@briwisestyle.com to reschedule.

Missed sessions

If you miss your session, or ask to move it with less than 48 hours' notice, the session is forfeited and cannot be rebooked or refunded. If a true emergency comes up, contact me as soon as you can and I will review it case by case.

Recording

Your session is recorded with your permission, and you will be asked to confirm your consent on your intake form. The recording is shared with you and used by me to prepare your Blueprint. It is not shared with anyone else or used publicly without your written permission.

Your Blueprint is for you

Your Blueprint, Looks, and 30-day plan are for your personal use. Please do not resell, repackage, or share them as your own program or product.

Your part

Your Blueprint is only as accurate as what you share. Please send the links and information requested on your intake form, and join your session on time. If you arrive late, your session still ends at its scheduled time.

Payments

• Payments are processed securely through ThriveCart. I do not see or store your card details.

• Where available, you may be offered a payment option such as Affirm at checkout. Those options are provided by a third party and are subject to their terms and approval.

• If you have a problem with a charge, please contact me first at hello@briwisestyle.com so I can help.

Everything I offer is style, presence, and brand direction based on my professional experience. It is not legal, financial, medical, or therapy advice, and it does not replace any of those professionals.

Results Vary

Your Alignment Blueprint and my other offers give you direction. Your results depend on your effort, your market, and your circumstances. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as income, clients, or opportunities.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to me. Here is what I collect, why, and what your choices are.

What I collect

• What you give me: your name, email, social media handles and links, your application and intake answers, and anything you send me during your Blueprint.

• Your session recording: if you book a Blueprint session, it is recorded with your permission.

• Payment information: payments are handled by ThriveCart and its payment partners, including Affirm if you choose it. I do not see or store your card number.

• Website information: things like your browser, device, and how you use my pages, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How I use it

• To deliver what you bought, schedule and prepare your session, and send your Blueprint.

• To email you about your purchase and, if you've signed up, send tips and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

• To understand how my pages are working and to show my ads to people who may be interested.

Who I share it with

I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with the tools that help me run my business, and only as much as they need. These can include ThriveCart and its payment partners, Affirm, my email, scheduling, and form tools, my voice-note app, ManyChat (which sends automated messages on Instagram), and Meta (Instagram and Facebook). I may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

My website may use cookies and the Meta pixel, which helps me measure my ads and show them to the right people. You can limit this through your browser settings and your Meta ad settings.

Your session recording

Your recording is shared with you and used by me to prepare your Blueprint. I do not share it publicly or with anyone else without your written permission. I keep it only as long as I need it to serve you, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you, or unsubscribe from my emails, by writing to hello@briwisestyle.com.

Keeping it safe

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system online is completely secure.

Children

My offers are for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

I may update these policies from time to time. The version in effect when you purchase is the one that applies to your purchase.
